Having one of the hardest pregnancies ever fighting everyday for him to make it one more day in my belly so I could have him on my arms even thought my own health was on risk. I believe the power of motherhood give us the strength to overcome anything posible so now every day since I hold him on my arms for the first time and ever since I knew he was making it to one more day on my belly I learned to be thankful each day of my life ever since with every smile, every kiss, every hug, every word and every look he gives everyday it reminds me that he is my biggest blessing to be thankful every day of my entire life throught his purest love. I’m a quadruplet and have three older siblings so I’m so grateful for the family that she gave us. Every morning that God wakes us up is a gift and should not be taken advantage of!     congrats on your second pregnancy, I’m so happy for you. This year I am extremely thankful for learning how to love and put myself first. It’s always been super hard to do that because I never believed I was worthy enough or good enough for anyone, but through 2017 I’ve taken the time to learn how to really appreciate myself by taking the time to relax and go to the gym alone, one thing that really helped was keeping a journal and writing down how I felt
    Every morning when I woke up and every night how I felt before I went to sleep. Of course I’m still learning how to love myself but 2017 was the year I learned I was worth it.

    This year I’m Thankful to be alive. I was rushed to the hospital Wednesday night with severe pain, ended up having a hernia in my intestines and then all tied up and inflamed and close to bursting which could have meant death. Had emergency surgery Thanksgiving morning. So, Thankful to still have my Mom here and so strong after the sudden loss of my Daddy last December. I’m glad I’m still her for her as well.

I’m also very thankful that I recently decided to stay home with the twins (something I never thought I would do, be a stay at home mommy) it’s the hardest job EVER.     I am thankful that the sickness that has swept through my house is finally over. It started last Friday night with my 7 year old son throwing up, and hit me on my 40th birthday, then hit my 2 year old daughter, my 8 year old son, my parents (because they come take care of all of us), and finally my husband last night. We canceled Thanksgiving so that my brother’s family and my sister’s family would not get sick. 😷

    I am also thankful that there were still those white Chicwish tops available because I had to order a second one because I shrunk my first one in the wash. 😁😂😩

    I am thankful for our 20 month old daughter Ryleigh and our health. She is our first and the best thing that ever happened to us. For the first 15 months of her life we were back and forth to the doctors for what we thought was severe reflux issues. After her first birthday, we introduced table food cause we finally got the clear to do so, and the smallest food items such as a pea was getting stuck in her throat. She had 2 endoscopies and they found her esophagus was extremely narrow and they believe she was born with it. They couldn’t even get the smallest scope down. They used a balloon like device and stretched out her esophagus twice. Now at 20 months old, she is eating (almost) everything we give her. ❤️

After losing my best friend ( my momma) to cancer in February, I have learned more than ever how important family is and being around the people you love. Everyday is truly a gift and I’ve learned to love hard and appreciate every moment you have with your loved ones.

  609. I am extremely thankful for family this year! On August 28th my 16 year old baby brother passed away in my arms. I will hold on to my family a little tighter now and make more of an effort to spend QUALITY time with my kiddos!

    I recently loss my oldest daughter Natalie, who was waiting for a heart transplant. Natalie was just 30 years old, and was born with a congenital heart defect at birth. The day she passed forever changed my life! The heartbreak is so unbearable!!!

We dated when we were younger (I was 16 and he was 18) and found our way back to each other after ten years! He makes me such a better person. He has brought me closer to God.     I am so thankful for my family and our health! I work as an ICU nurse and the holiday season is always the hardest time to work…. and not necessarily because I am away from my own family, but because I am taking care of someone else who is sick and cannot be with their family. I get to go home to my family after I clock out, and some patients we see don’t ever get to leave the hospital. I am so thankful that I have the privilege to take care of these individuals and their families during their difficult time – hopefully giving them some love and a bright smile and an abundance of prayers and support. But heading home after work really does make you thankful for the simple things in life.

  639. Hi Ali! This is such a great giveaway! I’m thankful for so much this year and every year. A few things I’m thankful for include my incredible family, my 3 kitty cats, 1 dog, and my health. My health has been a struggle since I was 14 years old but this year has been such a turning point for me and I couldn’t have made the changes I did without the support of my family and the love from my fur babies in the tough times.
