Fall Dresses

Today’s blog post is all about this outfit! I have a million things on my mind and sometimes writing them all down is like therapy for me. But I’ll save that for another day because today I just want to rave about this outfit.

It’s only 4 pieces (3 if you want to leave the scarf out) and you have a complete outfit that looks totally styled and put together. It all starts with this dress. This dress is one of those pieces that is super flattering and looks good on everyone! I’m honestly thinking this will be my Thanksgiving outfit because I can eat all I want and nothing will show. I sized down in the dress FYI. I’m normally a size medium and I got a small in this dress and it fits me perfectly. So I would definitely recommend sizing down in this one.

The second must have part of this look is my over-the-knee boots! It’s no secret that I’m absolutely obsessed with over the knee boots. I think they work so well for women with curves because they help balance out the curves in the middle part of our bodies with the lower part of our bodies. I especially love these boots because of the color and tassel detail on the back. The color is just such a great neutral and goes with everything and the tassel gives it a little flair so it’s not just like every other over-the-knee boot. And they’re really comfortable. Which is a must for me. When I order a pair boots and get them in the mail, the first thing I do is try them on and if they’re uncomfortable I send them right back. These boots however, were instantly comfortable and went right into my closet!

The boots are from Sole Society and so is my bag! There’s a reason that I buy the majority of my boots and purses from Sole Society. They’re great quality and priced affordably.

And I finished up the look with a $25 scarf. I absolutely love plaid scarves for Fall and this one really pulled this whole look together. I took it off for one of the photos so you can see the dress by itself. But the scarf just adds something extra.
