Happy Affordable Friday! I am just about to head out to the Step Up Inspiration Awards. Step Up is such an incredible organization that does so much to inspire and help young girls! I feel lucky to be going to this event. I’ve been in the past and it is truly inspiring!
It’s a nice but casual lunch event but I’ll be waking the red carpet when I get there so of course I have to be cute! I wanted to wear a super affordable look to show you guys that just because you’re walking a Hollywood red carpet or going to a nice event, it doesn’t mean you have to spend a lot of money. In fact, my whole look is under $100 total – for EVERYTHING! I decided to go with a company called Charming Charlie for my outfit because they are actually sponsoring the Step Up Inspiration Awards. Which makes me love them even more – an affordable clothing company that gives back! They rock! So here are my outfit details…
My maxi dress is so comfortable and cute! I needed to get something that worked with my bump and this was a great option. And of course I can wear it all summer since it’s not a maternity dress – yay! That means ANYONE can rock this dress – especially since it’s wallet friendly at only $35!
One of my FAVORITE things about this look is the layered necklaces. The short necklace is only $10!!!! I repeat – ONLY $10!!!! And it’s so cute right? You can adjust the chain to different lengths – which is great to layer this necklace with different pieces. The longer necklace is also a fab piece and it’s only $15! A great layered look for $25?! Now that’s something to get excited about!
My cream colored clutch is an item that I will carry again and again all summer long. It will go with so many outfits! Plus it’s REALLY good quality! At only $25, I was expecting it to feel “off” but it totally feels expensive! I just love it.
If you guys can’t already tell by all the exclamation marks I’m using (HA!), I am obsessed with Charming Charlie. You have to go to their site HERE and check out all their amazing stuff for super affordable prices! You can thank me later 😉 Let me know what you think in the comments below!
