Hi friends! I’m not gonna spend a ton of time going over the clothes in this blog because I’d rather make it short and to the point for people in a hurry. Honestly, I’m realizing that when I go to other blogs for a recipe or something, I just want it to be quick and I don’t want to read all the hoopla so here I go!
Today’s blog is mostly about dresses, especially ones that I feel are great for an upcoming fall break trip somewhere warm or to transition into fall! Plus, a few other amazing pieces that I love.
Vacay Ready Dress to Transition to Fall
First up is this dress that I saw in the store when I was at Walmart the other day and I just thought it was so gorgeous and perfect for my upcoming girls trip to the beach! I got it both in black and maroon and pink version. What I also love about these dresses is they’re not just so good for the beach and the warm weather, but you can easily throw a cardigan over them like I did here and transition them to fall! These types of dresses are also so cute with a pair of booties. The dress is under $20 and the cardigan is under $15!
Boho Vibes Dress
This dress I also bought while I was in the store. It’s by Jessica Simpson’s line and, oh my gosh is it stunning. It’s a very similar print to the black spaghetti strap dress I posted above, but they’re a bit different. Plus, I want to show you guys an option with sleeves. Also, definitely check out the other version of this dress. I almost wish I got the other version because the colors are so stunning for fall. I recommend sizing down one in this dress FYI! Girly Jeans Look
I loved a floral print so much that I had to get this top. Again, I recommend sizing down one in this top unless you’re very big busted, then you might want to consider getting your normal size. I paired it with this pair of high-waisted jeans that I told you guys about in my last affordable Friday post. They’re $26 and they are truly one of my absolute favorite pairs of straight leg jeans ever!

Simple Black $10 Dress
Back to dresses! This next one is just such an easy thing to throw on with sneakers and then tie a button up shirt around your waist and looks so cute but ready to run errands! And it’s only $10! This dress is true to size and so worth getting!

Great Office or Teacher Option
Last time I did affordable Friday I got a message from a teacher thanking me for sharing so many great options for teachers to wear to school at affordable prices. It was so sweet to get! So now it’s a mission of mine to find more stuff like that! This dress is by Free Assembly and it feels like crazy expensive material and the quality is insane. It’s true to size and just a really beautiful work dress option.
Brown Plaid Dress
This next dress I recommend sizing down one. It’s very flowy which is great because you’ll feel comfortable wearing it, but I do feel like it runs a little bit big so size down one. This dress is super affordable at only $16. I love this plaid print for fall, cause you can easily pair a black cardigan over it or black boots to transition into fall.

This Dress Sold Out Last Time! It’s only $10
You guys might recognize this dress because I posted it in the green version when I wore it a couple weeks ago and it pretty much instantly sold out. So I went ahead and got a different print version of it for everyone who missed out on getting the green version and oh my gosh, the black is just as beautiful! It’s only $10 on clearance and so cute! I’m wearing a small which is my normal size and it fits perfect.

And then sticking with that same print again I got the green print in this really beautiful top that truly looks designer and is only $6. I REPEAT ONLY SIX DOLLARS!!!!!!! This is another one that I recommend sizing down. I’m normally a small and I got an XS top because it’s very, very, very flowy.

$5 Options!
There are a few other things I absolutely needed to share in this blog post, like this super cute white crop tee for $5. I am obsessed! This white crop Henley is a fraction of the price of the Abercrombie crop tanks that I shared recently that you guys loved! It’s only $5. And oh my gosh, these insanely cozy faux Sherpa shorts are only $5 and truly going to be the most comfortable pair you’ve ever put on in your life. I sleep in them, lounge in them, go out in them, they are amazing and I cannot believe the price. Size up one of these. I’m wearing a size medium, which is one size up for my normal size.

Fall Hike Uniform!
I also wanted to share this Avia athletic top. The material is absolutely insanely soft and I plan on wearing this a ton when I hike this fall and the weather starts to cool down. I told you guys this before but getting outside and walking and moving your body is one of the best ways to prioritize your health, so by getting cute cozy things like this that you can wear while doing it I think helps a lot. I didn’t take a pic of it yet but I will on my hike today and I’ll add it here then!
I Don’t Know About You But I’m Feeling 22
This outfit makes me feel young and FABULOUS! I got a size medium, which is one size from my normal size and it fits great! They definitely are a little tighter than I normally wear, but I just thought it paired so so so stinking cute with a pair of white sneakers and this oversize boyfriend chambray shirt by Sophia Vargara’s line. This is another piece that I saw in the store and fell in love! So worth getting for $26.

One More Dress
And lastly, I’m gonna share this dress, from Sofia Vargas’s line. The neckline is a little high for me, but I know other people prefer a higher neckline like this on dresses. And it has AMAZING reviews. But I’m always gonna be honest with you guys about how I feel. I’ll add a photo of it to this blog later today!
