I am so excited to share that we finally closed escrow on our house yesterday! We have been in escrow for over 4 months so it’s something we’ve been waiting on for quite a while! Kevin and I were so excited that we immediately started packing up our cars with boxes and moving them over to our new house. We officially move everything this weekend but we just couldn’t wait until then! As  you can tell from these pics, I have a little extra pep in my step today!

I also had a really great meeting this morning. I’m so excited about all the possibilities for my blog in 2018! But of course, even though I have my own ideas, I want to hear from you guys to know what you want to see for me! When you guys talk to me, I listen! One of my goals over the next year is to really connect with you more and I’m trying to brainstorm good ways to do that. Let me know if any of you have ideas! I’m going to continue doing giveaways like I did last year but I’d like to do more! Let me know your thoughts!

And of course I’ll link to my outfit details on this post. How cute is this wrap dress?! I’m wearing a US 8 FYI. I think it’s super flattering. I always feel like when I can wear a dress, and it looks somewhat slimming even though I have this big old belly, then it’s a winner dress for sure! I paired it with my favorite black dress heels. I love these heels because they’re super comfortable. I’ve written about them before and they are by far the most comfortable pair of black strappy heels I’ve ever owned (and I’ve had A LOT that looked just like this but KILLED my feet). They have a shorter heel, but it by no means looks like a kitten heel, instead it just gives you all the comfort you’re craving! I linked my my earrings and purse below the first picture!

First, I have to talk about how much this dress costs. It’s only $19!!! Can you believe that!? When I wore it on a TV show the other day, I had people coming up to me on set all day complementing it. And I have to say that they were all so shocked when I told them it was only $19. One person said to me “it looks so expensive on camera!” I had a huge smile my face every time I was able to tell someone that I spent under $20 on this incredible dress. I spend more on lunch on a daily basis then I spent on the stress. And yes, I spent too much on lunch. Ha!

I absolutely love the fit and the structure of the dress. I’m wearing a medium FYI (It’s true to size). The material is on the thin side, but I kind of actually love that because it’s hot in the summer and it kept me very cool on set the other day when it was a super hot day. If you decide to get it (and really how could you not at this price?!) here are a few of my other favorite looks from the same website. This dress is one of those pieces that when I saw it in the store I just couldn’t stop thinking about it. I saw it when I was at the mall a couple weeks ago and I didn’t buy it on the spot because it’s more than I would normally pay for a dress. But in the days following, I just kept thinking about it and thinking about it. So I finally caved and went online and bought it. I’m so glad I did! It’s just such a fun and classy dress! It’s by Ted Baker and their sizes are a little weird. I’m a size 6 normally but a size 2 and Ted Baker. To figure out your size just look at the size chart. (Their sizes are 0, 1, 2, 3).

I just love the bright white feeling of the stress so I wanted to play off it with my shoes. So I decided on these white pumps. I love a good white pump and these are really good pair. I finished up the look with a cross ring and pearl earrings.
