One of my Favorite Maternity Dresses

Hey guys! Happy Monday! Hope you’re all having a great start to your week. I have a pretty busy week this week but it’s my last full week before we head to Hawaii next week! We’re super excited to get in a little vacation since it’s been over two years since we went on vacation. And mama needs a break!

Anyway, I’m on Home & Family today (airs tomorrow morning on Hallmark Channel) and I’m wearing this super cute maternity dress so I thought I would post about it for those of you who are interested. Because let’s face it, it’s hard to find really cute maternity dresses. Right?! This is honestly one of my favorite maternity dresses ever! I especially love it because I feel like even though it is a maternity dress, it can so easily be worn after baby and not actually look like it is a maternity dress. I love the high neck in the front and it has a little bit of a scoop back. I think it’s perfect to wear to an event, to the office, or really anywhere. It comes in two different prints and I own them both (I’m sure I’ll post pics of me wearing the other one at some point). There’s just something super sophisticated about this green one. This is also the type dress that grows with you during your pregnancy. You can wear it when you’re barely showing it all and all the way up to nine months pregnant.

If you want to see the dress in action you can watch me on Home & Family tomorrow morning on Hallmark Channel to see it on the show. I just love it. And I’ll be posting Instagram stories of me wearing it all day today so check me out on Instagram to see it on there too.

I’m wearing a really fun pair of statement earrings with it from a new brand I just discovered that I absolutely love. And I like the idea of wearing two prints by wearing the printed dress and carrying a clutch with the print.

And last but not least I have to talk about my amazing heels! I’ve written about these heels before but I have to sing their praises again because I truly believe EVERY girl needs a pair. I mean that! And really that’s for two reasons. Every girl knows that a pair of black strappy shoes is absolutely essential in your wardrobe. I’ve owned multiple pairs of these kind of heels over the years from different brands. And the one thing they all have in common besides the way they look, is that they all killed my feet! So when I found a black strappy heel that had the most insane reviews in terms of comfort, I was intrigued. Pretty much every single review on the website is positive and raving about how comfortable they are. So I got them for myself and I’m not even kidding you, I bought a second pair that are sitting in the box in my closet just in case something ever happens to this pair. I love them that much that I would be absolutely devastated if I ever lost them. So needless to say, I love wearing them while pregnant because they are so ridiculously comfortable. I wore them to an event the other night and was on my feet for 3 hours straight and I swear my feet didn’t even hurt at the end of the night. And sometimes my feet her at the end of the night after standing for three hours in flats! These shoes are something special.

All right, that’s all I’ve got for today. I hope you guys have a great Monday! Is it weird I’m totally bummed there is no Bachelor on tonight?! Anyone else with me?

And would you wear this look?! Tell me in the comments below!

  2. Ali,
Again I am riding along on this pregnancy journey with you. I had my first child a couple weeks after you had Molly and now I’ll have this new baby a couple months after you. So I greatly appreciate when you add maternity items because it is so hard to find cute maternity clothes. Thanks!! Have fun on your vacation.

    1. Congrats Amanda! It really is hard to find cute maternity dresses. Especially ones that don’t LOOK like maternity dresses! Thanks for reading my blog!

  3. That dress is so pretty! Out of curiosity, I looked on Nordstrom’s site at the other dresses by that brand. So many good options, thanks for passing along this discovery!

  4. Your dress is lovely, Ali.
Nordstrom is where I bought the brown leather strapped watch which I love & always get compliments when i wear it.
    Have a great Monday! 🙂

  5. You look great! But I am with you – I am 10 weeks with #3 and I am just not feeling into it lately! I am so so tired. All I want to do is nap!

    1. Molly is coming with us! I couldn’t bare to leave her right now. But her grammies are coming too! It will be a fun family trip!

  6. Love this outfit! I’m almost finished with my first trimester and thinking about getting the dress – what size did you go with?

    1. I got a medium. It’s pricier than I normally like to spend on a dress. But it’s worth it. You’ll wear it a lot while pregnant and it will even look cute after!
