Coffee Run!

So I’m REALLY trying to stick to my New Years resolution by getting outside more with my family! Luckily, we live in SoCal and are able to go outside right now! I fell SO bad for everyone around the country suffering in FREEZING temperatures! The worst we got was some rain yesterday (which was actually, sadly very tragic for a number of people affected by the flash floods and mudslides).

One easy way for our family to get outside is to go out for coffee some mornings (when I don’t have to work – Kevin works EARLY and gets home early). As you can see in the pics below, Molly already wants to take mom’s coffee! Ha! 17 more years love! Yes, she has to wait until she 18 ๐Ÿ˜‰

Anyway, the striped button up top I am wearing is under $50 and it’s such a great everyday top! It comes in a couple different patterns/colors (I have two!) It has great shape and is really comfortable. I love it and think you will too! I’m wearing a medium but I have a small in another print (same top) that fits me too!

I’ve been wearing these boots and carrying this tote bag almost every day lately. See me carrying it HERE too. The tote just fits everything I need to lug around these days (diapers, wallet, toys, etc) and the color is so dreamy! Looks expensive! I love affordable fashion that looks expensive! Details on everything I’m wearing below the first pic.

Oh and before I forget, these are the shoes Molly is wearing! They are by See Kai Run (cute kiddo shoe company). And yes, she and her dad are twinning! I didn’t get the memo.

Have a great day luvs!

  1. Such a cute top! Random question….can you tell me the Little alphabet letter you Molly was playing with that you posted the other day? Love the tangible pieces!!! Thanks Ali!!! ๐Ÿ˜Šโค๏ธ

  2. Can’t believe how much she has grown from previous pix-what do you feed her- lol. You may have a difficult time enforcing that no coffee till 18, she appears curious. I’d take that weather now, however today 44 & able to walk park, not like Florida yrs ago but tolerable. Have a great week Manno family

  3. Hi Ali
I’m trying to keep to the same resolution.
I feel sad for the people effected by the mudslides too. I plan on donating to the Red Cross.
Love your boots & the ring is very pretty.
    Cute twinsies!

  4. My 14 month old sees my coffee and signs milk. And when my 5 year old was a toddler one of his first words was coffee. Cute, but makes me think I need to cut back on my habit.
I love your shoes and Mollyโ€™s. My little oneโ€™s boots are See Kai Run. She loves them.

    1. Ha! I feel ya! I try not to drink more than a 1/2 cup a day or even every other day (since I’m pregnant), but its hard! I didn’t have any the first trimester and I was miserable!

    2. Haha, my little one is 9mo old, and probably headed this same route!!

I don’t know if cafes in the US would do this, but in Europe many places have a “babychino” on the menu — a cappuccino without the coffee! My nieces (2 and 4) love feeling all grown up with their own “coffee” when we go out!

  5. So jealous youโ€™re getting outside! Itโ€™s negative temps here in Wisconsin. Speaking of.. can you share any oversized/comfy sweaters on your blog? The ones from past blogs are all sold out ๐Ÿ™

  6. Hi Ali!
Your so small! Please share your regimen or health tips!

Ps dying to know the gender ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜ฌ

    Luvsya!
