Happy Thanksgiving Luvs!!! I have so much to be thankful for this year. This is my first Thanksgiving as a wife, as I got married to the most wonderful man this year, Molly is growing into the sweetest little toddler and I’m pregnant with another little baby! Plus we sold our house and are about to move into a beautiful new home! Not every year is as good as this one (we all have ups and downs), so I’m really trying to savor this beautiful year we’ve been blessed with. I hope all of you are able to spend time with family today and appreciate all the blessings in your lives!

Since I feel the true importance of Thanksgiving is spending time with loved ones, it feels almost silly for me to talk about the sales going on. I have this internal struggle of just wanting to dedicate my blog today to talking about the things I’m grateful for, but then the budget shopper in me sees all these incredible deals online and I can’t help but write about them! Ha! I guess that’s why I write this blog every day. It’s what I enjoy doing, so I can’t help but do it even on Thanksgiving! What got me super excited today is when I saw that the jacket that I’m wearing in these photos is on sale for $66! I could barely believe my eyes when I saw that price. When I bought it it was $125 and I thought that was a good price for this jacket then. It’s just so beautiful! And looks and feels super expensive! I truly believe this jacket will sell out by the end of the day!

FYI, I wore this outfit last weekend when we had a little pre-Thanksgiving with some friends. I just thought it was such a great outfit to wear for a holiday meal since this sweater dress is so comfortable and has lots of room to eat as much as you want and not have to unbutton your pants! Ha! It will be great to wear during all those Holiday dinners you may have coming up! Plus, I’m pregnant and my belly is growing by the day so I needed something that I could comfortably wear as it gets bigger. I really tried to avoid buying maternity clothes for as long as I could during my first pregnancy and I plan on doing the same this time around. Plus my sweater dress is under $50! It’s such a great price and will look great on most body types.

I love wearing sweater dresses with over the knee boots. I just think whenever you wear a chunky piece of clothing it’s important to balance out the top half of your body with the bottom half your body. So adding some width to your calves and knees with a boot helps balance your body out.
