Not sure how…I was an elementary teacher and was on my feet 99% of the day and I think it just wore my back down. It was horrific pain! I have never experienced pain like it. 1 labor, 3 C-sections and a hysterectomy don’t even come close to the pain I experienced with this. I had to wait two months for a MRI in excruciating pain because insurance companies stink! Uugghh! I finally had my second back surgery. This time they did a fusion. Unfortunately, now 2 years later, my fusion is cracked. I really hope you find healing and pain relief! Good Luck and Blessings!
