I own a very successful home daycare in San Diego. I love reading your posts and I will pass the word on these bottles.

If I could offer some advice? I am a mother (she is now 27!) and have owned this daycare for over 15 years. Prior to that I was very successful in a sales career for a fortune 100 company.

Sometimes moms (including me when I first had my baby) overthink things and it becomes very stressful for us. I have had babies as young as 3 months start here. They stayed until they started kindergarten. Those babies thrived. They learned early on about independence, they develop social skills and Stimulation was always around them because they were always watching and interacting with the older kids.

They nap beautifully and learn to self soothe. If you find a good home daycare it could be one of the best things you do for yourself and for Molly. Just taking her a few times a week makes a big impact. And starting them young is the right way to go in my opinion because when they start later in life (around or close to 2 years old) the separation anxiety is much worse. When they start young, they grow up knowing the child care provider and the kids and they feel safe and loved. It gives you some time for yourself and to work or spend time with your little dog!

Just food for thought. I really enjoy your blog. Feel free to contact me if you would like any additional "thoughts" about daycare. I know they seem so young but again if you find the right provider it can be a great experience for everyone involved. Jodie

I can 100% relate to this! I'm so aware that I'm trying way too hard and I STILL do it and feel let down at times. It's something I work on daily. I quit my job in February (a job I LOVED) to stay at home with my now 8 month old and 2 year old. I am so thankful for the opportunity to watch them both grow and learn! That's not to say we don't have good days and bad days. Days where I wonder why I quit my job. So far for me, parenthood has been trial and error and I'm constantly working on prioritizing. I've been on both sides of the fence.. working mom and stay at home Mom so I totally get it! You'll be OK. Pray about it. Talk about it with Kevin and other Mom's. I love hearing that others are going through the same thing. It lets me know I'm not alone and it's all going to be OK!! Support is crucial! We are currently working on sleep training with the 8 month old and it's going wonderfully:) once Molly starts sleeping on a schedule you will feel like a new woman! Best of luck!!
